Hopefully by now you have seen the great news that Inspired Health and Fitness Club will be reopening its doors for use on Monday 12th April 2021, subject to confirmation from the Prime Minister (expected one week before).
We want to take the opportunity to say how grateful we are to those who have continued to make payments to the club during the latest lockdown (January, February and March) and, if you wish, make it as simple as possible to reclaim a free month for each payment you made by freezing your direct debit for a selected month of your choice (or charging a half price monthly fee if you chose to continue paying 50%) using the form below. Please note, you must resubmit the form for each month you are reclaiming.
To make a claim, you must submit the form below at least 15 days prior to the day your direct debit (that you wish to freeze), is due to come out.
When reclaiming your month (or 50% reduction), it would be incredibly helpful to us as a small business, if you are claiming multiple months, you would consider staggering the months (rather than back-to-back) and did not take them immediately upon us opening, however, of course this is entirely up to you!
To claim your free month back you only need to fill in the form below, however to discuss any other matters relating to your direct debit payments, you need to contact our (3rd party) membership management company, Ashbourne Management, as they are responsible for taking your monthly amount on our behalf (and who you have signed your contract with). You can email them using firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting our facility number as GRBR5.
