Keeping fit and being active has always been a way of life for me, ever since I was young, running around with friends and playing football.

Apart from my involvement in sport growing up and always keeping myself physically fit my background is predominantly in running Bootcamps so this has somewhat shaped my training philosophy. I like functional fitness as I believe the body is an instrument not an ornament and that if we are in good tune it allows us to enjoy life to the fullest. My ethos towards training is it should be hard but enjoyable and not so regimented. I like to be inventive and keep training fresh and these are skills that’s have been ingrained in me through my Bootcamp background. I’m inclusive as to who I train as I believe everyone should and can feel the benefits of exercise. I feel with my age, previous work experience that includes, working in a school and a hospital and my other passions such as reading and extensive travel mean that I’m very friendly and accessible to my clients.

There is nothing more rewarding for me than helping someone and for me to be able to do this through health and fitness makes being a personal trainer the best job in the world. I’m super motivated and optimistic by nature and would love to be help get you where you want to go.

A healthy body and mind is key to living a vigorous and fulfilling life. Through a combination of aerobic and resistance training I will give you the tools to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and overall health. I’m passionate about a holistic approach to fitness and it becoming an enjoyable way of life, rather than something that we have to do.
